1 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

2 Registration, Account & Identity Verification

Registration at 788bet is free and requires accurate information, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date if anything changes.

Each user may hold only one account linked to their CPF. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated bonus balances.

Your account password is your sole responsibility. 788bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat to preventively suspend your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

788bet accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all in Brazilian currency (BRL – R$):

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for most methods (R$ 50.00 for TED). The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 30.00. The maximum daily withdrawal limit via Pix is R$ 50,000.00 for standard accounts. Expanded limits are available for VIP members.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts held by the same CPF registered with 788bet. • The standard rollover for the sports bonus is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.60, to be completed within 30 days.

• Cancelled bets, bets settled as a draw via cash out, or bets with odds below the minimum required do not count toward the rollover.

By confirming a bet on 788bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Live odds may change up until the ticket is finally confirmed. Once confirmed, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled by the user, unless the cash out feature is available and enabled for that specific market.

• Typographical errors in odds may be corrected by 788bet before a bet is confirmed; bets confirmed prior to correction may be voided with a full refund of the staked amount.
• Bets on events whose outcomes are affected by proven irregularities (match-fixing, etc.) may be voided by 788bet regardless of the result published by the organizing bodies.
• Results are settled based on the official score published by the event's organizing body at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the particular market.
• In the event of a postponement or suspension of events, bets are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules available in the platform's rules section.

6 Responsible Gambling & User Protection

7 User Conduct & Acceptable Use

By using 788bet, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions, which may result in immediate account closure and retention of the balances involved:

• Creating multiple accounts using third-party CPFs to claim promotions repeatedly.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any automation software to place bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Participating in any money laundering scheme or financing of illicit activities through the platform.
• Attempting to access 788bet systems, databases, or restricted areas without authorization.
• Engaging in systematic bet arbitrage (arbing) with the intent to exploit odds without genuine risk.

788bet reserves the right to investigate suspicious accounts and suspend them as a precautionary measure during the investigation. The outcome of bets placed during the investigation period may be withheld until the process is concluded.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before closure, all pending real-balance withdrawals are processed normally. Any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled upon closure.

788bet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.

• Filing unwarranted chargebacks with your card issuer or bank.

9 Limitation of Liability

788bet employs all reasonable technical measures to ensure the platform remains continuously available. However, it cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime due to factors beyond its control, such as third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or scheduled maintenance. Any bets not completed due to a technical interruption will have their full value returned to the user.

788bet is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or non-material damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except as provided under the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and applicable legislation.

10 Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

788bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, regulatory, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the website and app at least 15 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date with no penalty, and your available real-money balance will be returned.
